My process started with a call shortly after I applied, and it moved in a pretty smooth, staged way. The first technical round happened over the same weekend and kicked off with me introducing myself, followed by basics about my current employer and the kind of work I’d been doing. The main part was hands-on explanation: I had to discuss functions for topics like encoding strings, sequence-related problems, the Tower of Hanoi, palindrome logic, and generally how I approached those.

There was also a REST APIs focus—how GET/POST/UPDATE/DELETE work, plus how to decode JSON request and response payloads. That interview ran for about an hour. Next was a managerial round with the solutions engineering manager, which lasted around 30 minutes and revolved around my experience, what drives me to apply, and what I expected from the role.
