I applied and the next day I got a link to a hack-style coding test. It was about 45 minutes and felt like a medium question that leaned slightly easy. After that, my loop moved into multiple rounds: machine coding, a high-level design discussion with an HLD focus, an agentic-coding style task, and then a behavioral/cultural fit conversation.
What stood out was how clearly the panels explained what they wanted and how respectfully they ran the sessions. The recruiter was also very responsive—when I needed to reschedule, they were helpful and kept things moving. Overall the experience felt fairly smooth and structured, with the technical parts building on the earlier assessment rather than feeling disconnected.

Difficult Negative India
I went through several rounds that, from my perspective, were actually going well. The discussions felt productive and I had invested a good amount of time into the process.
Then things abruptly stalled mid-way. I didn’t get the closure I expected, and I ended up being ghosted after multiple rounds. The interview experience itself had felt fine until that break in communication.

Initial Assessment
The interview process typically begins with an online assessment that includes coding questions, often based on DSA, and sometimes incorporates logic puzzles or behavioral questions. This stage serves as a critical filter for advancing to subsequent rounds.

Technical Coding Rounds
Candidates can expect multiple technical coding rounds, which may include machine coding tasks, DSA problems, and system design discussions. The difficulty varies, but many report a focus on practical application and problem-solving skills.

High-Level Design Discussions
Later rounds often involve high-level design discussions that assess a candidate's ability to think critically about system architecture, scalability, and trade-offs. These discussions require thorough reasoning and are not just about listing features.
Behavioral interviews are integrated into the process, focusing on cultural fit and communication style. Candidates are evaluated on how they articulate their experiences and approach to teamwork and problem-solving.

Overall Experience and Outcome
