After applying online, I ended up doing a 30-minute phone screening focused on my resume and background. The interviewer went item by item through my resume in quite a lot of detail, and I had to walk through each element rather than just giving a quick overview. They also asked me to rank my technical skills and spent some time on specifics like how I’d worded parts of my experience.
Overall it felt like a normal first filter—clear, resume-driven, and fairly methodical. I never reached an offer, but the call itself was straightforward and grounded in my actual application.

Average Positive United States
My interview process felt thorough and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. I met with multiple people, including several leaders as well as peer-level employees, and the conversations covered both what the role would look like and how the team operates day to day. I appreciated that they clearly communicated expectations early, and it made it easier to understand what they were looking for.
What stood out most was how much I learned about the company culture through the different conversations. The tone stayed friendly and collaborative, and the whole process gave me a good sense of whether I’d fit. I left with a positive impression, even though I didn’t end up with an offer.
