After applying, I waited about a week and then received an invitation to take a programming test on HackerRank. The test had two programming problems, and the key part was passing the provided test cases.
Overall it felt like a straightforward gateway—less about a long back-and-forth interview and more about whether I could implement the solutions correctly under test conditions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience was clear: if the code passed the cases, I moved forward, and I just didn’t make it all the way.

My interview journey started with an online coding step, but the rest of the format stayed pretty consistent: a moderate, practical coding conversation followed by questions tied to what I’d written and what I’d said about my background. In one call, the interviewer began by quickly walking through my resume and then moved into a medium-level coding problem while screen sharing. I got the sense that the goal was to confirm I could implement cleanly and explain my thinking.
After that initial technical screen, I had a fuller video/onsite style conversation where I had to write code and then talk through what I was doing as questions came up. The technical content centered on “basic fullstack” style topics and standard DSA-style problems—nothing tricked-out beyond core fundamentals. There was also a panel with two interviewers for part of the process, and the overall questions felt relatively easy to intermediate. I ended up getting rejected, but the experience itself didn’t feel hostile; it mostly felt like a straightforward evaluation where I didn’t manage to clear the bar.
