After applying, I waited about a week before getting a message inviting me to a programming test on HackerRank. The test was straightforward but still demanding: it included two programming problems where I had to pass the provided test cases to move forward.
It felt like a pure evaluation of coding rather than anything reflective of team fit or system thinking. I didn’t reach an offer from there, but the experience at least made it clear what the bar was from the start—if the solutions didn’t satisfy the test cases, there was no further conversation.

My process started with an online coding assessment, which then escalated into a tougher live technical challenge. The first step was an online coding test, and after that I was pulled into a video interview where I had to write code and also answer questions based directly on what I produced. The format was structured and fairly direct, and I could feel the evaluation tightening as it moved forward.
A similar pattern happened in another attempt: I did a Codility-style test that included one easy LeetCode-like problem and a second hard one under a tight 60-minute window. I moved quickly on the easy problem, but the hard question was beyond what I could solve within the time.
