My interview path was short and pretty smooth, with three rounds total. I started with a recruiter-style call and then, about a week later, I had two technical rounds back to back, followed by an HR round. The pacing felt considerate—each interviewer made sure I was comfortable and I never felt rushed.

Across the technical parts, the questions were approachable rather than trick-based, and the interviewer I spoke with felt friendly and straightforward. I remember feeling like I understood what was being asked and that I could explain my thinking clearly. The behavioral/HR follow-up didn’t feel hostile either; the tone was calm, and the conversation stayed focused on fit.

My process started with an online assessment, then a virtual interview, and finally a last interview stage. The whole flow felt pretty positive and even fun, and I kept feeling like I was learning as I went rather than just getting grilled. The interviews also seemed designed to keep things moving smoothly, and I walked out feeling like I had a real shot to show my fit.

That said, I also ran into a completely different end of the experience where the process felt messy and the communication basically vanished between steps. After an email, calls weren’t picked up, and after the interview there was no follow-up. There was also a case study that took what felt like serious work, around a full workday worth of effort, but I never received feedback or a clear answer on how my application was progressing. I ended up waiting for a long stretch without any updates, and that uncertainty was honestly the most demoralizing part of the whole journey.
