This process felt very Unstop-driven from the start, especially during campus hiring. I first went through an online assessment that was packed with questions—roughly around the 80 range—with a mix of MCQs and a few coding tasks. I had to solve three coding questions in the language of my choice, and the coding portion landed around medium to hard for me. After that, the selection flow moved forward based on how I performed.
Then I went through another round of assessment and reached the interview stage. The interviews consistently circled back to resume and the projects I had listed, and the technical rounds blended DSA with fundamentals rather than trying to trick me. I was asked to explain projects, and the DSA questions were generally within the leetcode-easy-to-medium neighborhood, with emphasis on my problem-solving approach and clarity of thought.

Easy Positive India
My interview journey had a clean three-round structure: two technical rounds followed by an HR round. The first technical discussion included SQL queries and also some discussion around my projects. There were DSA elements too, but they also asked a logical question—so it wasn’t purely algorithm execution, more like how I thought through the problem.
In the next technical round, the focus stayed on my ability to explain and reason, not just code. I remember covering DSA and even topics like dynamic programming, plus project-based questions again. They also probed fundamentals and concepts such as OOP ideas and how I solved problems end to end. The way it was framed felt like they wanted to understand my clarity and problem-solving approach.
