I went through a pretty direct BA-focused process where the interview mainly tried to confirm whether I matched the role’s requirements. They dug heavily into my past experience, and the conversation felt like it stayed centered on how my background translated into business analysis work.
A lot of what I faced were technical questions, even though the overall tone was described as a “good” interview. The questions weren’t just surface-level—I felt like they wanted specifics from my previous projects and my reasoning behind how I approached them. I didn’t get an offer, but overall the experience felt constructive and role-fit oriented, with the emphasis firmly on my history plus the technical aspects tied to the job.

Average Positive India
My process started with aptitude-style coding work that covered general aptitude and DSA. Then there was a group discussion, which I understood was specifically included for Business Analyst roles.
After the GD, I moved into two separate technical interviews. The first covered DSA broadly and the second was also moderate in terms of DSA/quantitative coverage. There were also several rounds of questions that blended verbal and business-related topics from aptitude, plus more analytical testing like quiet, analytical aptitude and spatial aptitude.
