My process started with a recruiter screening, then I met with the hiring manager, followed by a peer interview. The last step was an interview with the RVP of Sales.

There was also supposed to be a panel stage, but it didn’t end up happening. What stood out most to me was how the sequence moved through multiple stakeholder levels without dragging on too much—though I didn’t get the extra panel format that had been mentioned.
