You will act as a trusted technical advisor, designing sophisticated enterprise-grade architectures that allow organizations to capture, analyze, and act on customer, employee, product, and brand feedback. Your work directly impacts how some of the world's largest brands scale their XM programs and realize value from their data.
This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong consultative skills. You will not only design integrations with major enterprise ecosystems—such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and various database warehouses—but you will also present these solutions directly to C-suite stakeholders.
