My process started with a recruiter intro call that was about 30 minutes. It felt like a mutual alignment chat—covering my background, the role, and what they expected from me—then it moved quickly into interviews. After that first call went well, they scheduled a larger set of interviews, typically four to six rounds.
Those later rounds included a system design discussion, a hiring-manager style conversation, and a behavioral or situational round. Depending on timing, there was sometimes a coding interview thrown into the mix as well. Overall it matched the “structured process” feel: the recruiter call was light, and then the remaining rounds became more role-specific and varied across technical and people-focused topics.

Easy Neutral White, GA
I started with a hiring-manager interview, then moved to a second round with a team lead and other senior engineers. What surprised me was how little it leaned on live technical questioning—those rounds were basically easy as long as I could clearly explain what I knew and how I’d worked.
One practical detail stood out: if I was Korean, they would speak Korean, which made the conversation feel smoother and more natural.
