Difficult Negative Toronto, ON

The process left me disappointed overall. I went through multiple steps and tried several times to get the account executive role, but it still didn’t end with me getting hired. The experience didn’t feel promising as the timeline dragged, and I remember walking away feeling like I was hoping for a faster “yes” that never came.

What stuck with me most was the day of the interview itself feeling a bit off—people came in late, and the job responsibilities weren’t clearly explained. Even though the interviewer was pleasant, my questions didn’t get the kind of direct, specific answers I expected, and the lack of clarity made it harder to feel confident about the role. I ended up with an offer, but I declined it, since the uncertainty didn’t match what I wanted from the position. Looking back, I realized the biggest problem wasn’t just whether I performed well—it was the overall lack of clarity and follow-through that made the process feel frustrating.

Easy Neutral Secaucus, NJ

My interview experience felt unusually light and fast. It was an in-person conversation with little to no questioning—there were only a couple of behavioral prompts and some questions that felt more about lifestyle and fit. The format also seemed tied to seasonal hiring, especially around holidays, and the environment came across as low-pressure.

Even with the limited questioning, the tone made it sound like an offer could happen immediately, possibly right on the spot. The whole thing didn’t feel like a rigorous evaluation so much as a quick check-in. When I left, I expected it to move quickly, but I didn’t end up getting the job. Honestly, it was surprising how few questions there were compared to how confident the process sounded.
