Vegetarians have a friend in Pulmuone. The company markets fresh packaged soy products such as tofu, tempeh, veggie burgers, noodles, and soy milk and yogurt. Pulmuone has operations in South Korea and the US, where it does business as Pulmuone Wildwood Inc. It distributes its products throughout the US and Asia. The products of its US operations, Pulmuone Wildwood, are sold under the brands Pulmuone, Wildwood, and Soga at retailers, including Hy-Vee, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. In Asia, Pulmuone offers fresh eggs, cooking pastes, kimchi (pickled vegetables), mushrooms, seaweed, sauces, soups, and green juice. In 2009 Pulmuone Wildwood bought US prepared foods company Monterey Gourmet Foods for $46 million.
