For me, the process felt fair and geared toward depth in basics, especially since I was applying as a fresher. The focus was on fundamentals and making sure I understood core concepts thoroughly rather than moving quickly to advanced topics.

They covered the programming language I already knew, then went into OOP concepts, OS concepts, and even SQL—though the SQL portion seemed to depend on what the interviewer asked. I ended up feeling like the evaluation was more about whether I could explain and reason through concepts than about trick questions.

My process was compact and moved quickly. I had an online test that combined MCQs with coding questions, and then the same overall session flow included a technical discussion and an HR-style conversation together. The technical part stayed basic, with questions around OOP and coding fundamentals.

The HR segment was more general behavioral, covering the usual background and communication areas. Because everything was bundled like that, there wasn’t much time for the process to drag or feel drawn out.
