I applied and, within about a couple of weeks, I got a HireVue invite. The format stood out right away: there were several questions, and I had limited time to prepare and answer each one, with no retakes allowed. I remember having to get my thoughts together fast while staying clear and structured.

On the HireVue itself, the questions leaned behavioral with some moments that felt like light brain-teaser territory, and I also needed to be ready with a stock pitch. The whole thing tested whether I could explain my resume and skills under pressure, plus how I’d adapt to new tech and challenges.

I started with a fairly smooth, straightforward process that moved quickly. After an initial touchpoint, I had interviews with people who were direct but friendly, and it stayed focused on how I’d fit and how I’d handle the work day to day. There was a lot of clarity offered about what the job actually involved, and it felt like the team made time to explain things rather than just test me.

My path included a HireVue step, then I moved into a scheduled conversation with multiple individuals on the finance side. The live interviews weren’t particularly technical; they were more about my experience, how I worked with others, and how I approached basics like portfolio management. I also got asked questions that probed into my soft skills and my reasoning, not just what I knew on paper.
