After the initial screen, I went through a sequence that felt like a classic staged pipeline. I started with recruiter communication, and then I moved into assessment work that combined aptitude, coding, and reasoning. What stood out to me was that the process then shifted into a group discussion round if I scored high enough, before moving on to technical interview questions tied to my resume.
During the technical portion, the questions included Java-style coding and also resume-based prompts, and at the end there was an HR conversation. The vibe was generally smooth, and the questions didn’t feel random—they leaned toward how my background connected to the role.

My process began with an online assessment that was aimed at filtering a lot of people quickly. The format was mostly MCQs across attitude and reasoning—data interpretation, numerical reasoning, and verbal-style questions—then there was also a single coding problem that was medium to hard. For me, the mix felt balanced: enough aptitude to be tricky if I rushed, and one coding part that could easily decide the outcome.
I did well enough to get a decent sense of confidence on the MCQ portion, but I still ended up getting rejected after that round. Another time, even though I passed a portion of the coding test cases and felt fairly solid on the objective questions, the outcome didn’t move forward. In another attempt I remember the assessment being moderate with a heavy tilt toward aptitude and English and reasoning, with only one coding question focused on an array-style maximum product.
