My process started with an online application, and then a recruiter asked me to complete a HireVue recorded interview. After submitting it, I waited almost a month with no updates, so I followed up. Eventually, I was scheduled for a panel interview.

When the panel happened, it felt awkward from the start. The interviewers’ energy was dry and robotic, which made it hard to connect or even read what they wanted from my answers. The conversation didn’t have the comfortable flow I was hoping for, and the whole thing felt more impersonal than rigorous.
