After applying, my experience didn’t follow a traditional interview flow. I was told I’d be “successful” after a set of tasks, but the process itself was mostly structured around doing online work and watching videos, then answering questions. There wasn’t a clear, standard interview you could prepare for in the usual sense.

The timeline was fairly quick in terms of feedback—I eventually got an email letting me know I’d been successful a few days later—but they never truly explained the steps or told me what the end-to-end process was supposed to look like. I ended up not receiving a real offer, and overall it left me feeling like the experience was opaque rather than clearly evaluative.

I went through five rounds. One interviewer acted as a gatekeeper focused on network fundamentals, and then there was one leadership-principles question.

The remaining four rounds were loop interviews centered on Amazon leadership principles plus core networking and automation, and those also included two leadership-principles questions per loop round. It was very clearly structured around measuring networking depth and how I described my leadership behaviors repeatedly across rounds.
