Average Neutral Italy

My interview process felt like it had two distinct steps. First I spoke with HR, and we covered motivation-related questions—why I wanted the role and what pulled me toward the company. Then I moved into a technical session where the coding and logic questions were the main focus.

In the technical round, I was asked to develop an algorithm to find prime numbers. After that, the scope shifted into object-oriented design: I had to think about what classes would be necessary to create a chess simulation game. The format was more about working through logic and structure than memorizing trivia.

Difficult Negative Poland

My process was built around assessments rather than a traditional conversation-heavy interview. It included numerical and reasoning tests, followed by a HireVue recording and a writing component focused on English understanding. The numerical/reasoning part felt okay, but it came with a weird judgment effect: if I didn’t pick up the software quickly, my way of thinking could be interpreted negatively.

The HireVue portion was the hardest part for me. Even though they claimed there was preparation time and that I could rerecord, I felt like the practical reality didn’t match that. The prep time could be so short that I couldn’t read and think through my answers properly, and the writing section felt poorly designed because the instructions/messaging were misleading.
