Difficult Neutral Netherlands

I went through a fairly long, tightly sequenced process with five rounds, and each round involved two different people. The first started more informally, then the second leaned into behavioral questions. After that came a case study, and once I finished it I was interviewed again by senior managers.

The pace really picked up after the case: I had a 60-minute test, and then I ended with a final conversation with partners. Overall it felt difficult—not just because of the number of steps, but because the process kept moving between different formats that demanded different ways of thinking.

Difficult Neutral Houston, TX

I found the whole process difficult, mainly because of the case work and the way the later rounds felt. The format leaned heavily on case studies, and some were harder than others. Everything was also over Zoom, which added to the intensity.

When I reached the partner interviews, the vibe shifted—I got the impression the interviewers weren’t very engaged, and it made the experience feel off rather than challenging in a fair, back-and-forth way. By the end, the combination of hard cases and that muted energy made it hard to read whether I was landing the way I’d hoped.
