I started with an initial recruiter phone interview, which I did either on my cell or through a virtual call. That first conversation mostly focused on walking through the job description, confirming my background and experience, and getting a sense of my motivation for the role.
After that, I moved into a leadership interview that was virtual as well. This part felt more in-depth and skill-focused.
