My experience started with an online assessment that covered a mix of aptitude and tough coding—there were multiple coding questions, and only a handful of students were shortlisted among a larger group. The questions weren’t quick, and I could feel how elimination-focused it was as I worked through the programming tasks.

After that, I had a technical one-on-one style round with multiple interviewers who went deep on my projects. They didn’t stay purely theoretical; they gave scenarios where I had to propose solutions, and the focus stayed on my ability to connect problem-solving with what I’d actually done. Then came an application development round where I had to complete a task within a deadline, and I could use AI help as long as I saved prompts. I also remember how closely they monitored during this step.

I started with an on-campus style process that moved fast in a few rounds. The first round was an MCQ-heavy and technical apps session that covered things like database management and coding, and it also included web tech and Linux topics. I remember the timing and how many concepts they expected me to be fluent in, not just broadly familiar.

After that, the next step was a technical interview focused on my resume and the same tech stack they’d already been testing. I did a self-introduction, then got pulled into deeper questions tied to the projects I listed. The session mixed web/design fundamentals, DBMS normalization and keys, plus a puzzle and some scenario-based problem solving. I also had to handle logical questions about arrays, linked lists, sorting, and algorithm choices.
