After applying for the Account Executive role, I ended up going through a structured, multi-round process that felt organized and intentional. It started with a recruiter screen where the role was explained and we covered my background and motivations in a pretty straightforward way. From there, I met the hiring manager and moved into role-focused assessment work: a case study that I had to prepare and then present, plus conversations with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand how I worked and how I’d fit.
Across the process, the interviews consistently felt professional and welcoming, and I got the sense they wanted both the skills and the personality that matched how the company operated. In the case study round, I presented my thinking and had a professional discussion around it rather than just being asked random questions. There was also a cultural/values check, and those value-based interviews stood out because the questions genuinely connected to how I’d manage cross-functional alignment and coaching-style leadership.

Average Negative Italy
I went through a fairly long recruiting journey that, in the end, left me uneasy about how the whole process was run. The experience took around six weeks and included multiple stages, with the final round being a conversation with a VP of Sales. Early communication just wasn’t consistent, and even when I tried to line things up, I’d hear nothing back until the day of the interview.
At one point, the recruiter arranged a dry-run call, but after I asked for times that worked for me, there was no response. The only follow-up I received was an apology call on the day of the panel interview itself. The final stage was clear that they’d made progress—at least emotionally—because the VP told me I would hear back by the end of the week. Instead, I got a generic rejection email the following Wednesday, with no proactive explanation for the delay.
