After the phone screening, I was brought in for an on-site style day that started with a tour of the floor. They walked me around before taking me into an interview room, where I met the lead manufacturing engineer, HR, and another manufacturing engineer.
The in-person questions felt fairly basic and centered on my background—less about deep technical dives and more about confirming what I’d done and how I fit the role. I left with the sense that the process was more about introduction and alignment than a hard technical test, and it didn’t lead to an offer.
