After a recruiter touchpoint, about a week later I ended up in a short screening session. They walked through what sounded like migration processing, and the focus was on gathering as much information as possible from my side as well. At the end, they introduced the team, and the whole screening felt tightly timed—about 30 minutes.
The part that stood out was the communication afterward: if they selected me, I would continue, but if not, they apparently would not provide feedback. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly that lack of closure was the main thing I remembered from the process.

Average Positive Bengaluru
After an initial assessment, my process moved quickly through a structured sequence. I started with an assessment that combined multiple-choice questions with two easy coding tasks. A bit later, I had a technical interview where the conversation stayed fairly fundamentals-focused, but I was also asked to code two additional problems using data structures—specifically stack and queue.
The final step was a managerial round that felt more like a discussion than a quiz. I talked through college projects I’d worked on and walked through where I was heading next, including what I was most interested in. Overall it felt fairly average in difficulty—more about proving I could handle the basics and communicate my thinking clearly than about trick questions, and the momentum suggested I was being evaluated step by step, even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.
