Difficult Positive Atlanta, GA

I had a set of interviews that included conversations with members of the support team and also their leadership, plus a skills test. There were email exchanges with the recruitment manager too, and scheduling was handled in a polite and flexible way.

At every step, I got the sense they were genuinely interested in what I had to say. The interviews felt like active discussions rather than a deluge of rapid-fire questions, and the overall tone emphasized passion, curiosity, and drive—more than just proving I knew facts. Even though I ultimately went in another direction and didn’t continue, I left feeling valued as a candidate.

Average Negative United States

I started with an initial recruiter call that went well, and then I was scheduled to interview with the Product Support Manager. That conversation seemed to go strongly too, and I was told I’d have a couple more conversations scheduled the following week.

After that, nothing happened. I waited, then reached out to the recruiter and the recruiting manager after a couple of weeks passed, just to express continued interest, but I never heard back. I’d never been ghosted after going through an interview process before, and it honestly felt inconsiderate.
