I went through a fairly direct pipeline for a Software Engineer role: first a tech screen, then an onsite about the same day or shortly after. The first round felt manageable and the interviewer style was genuinely welcoming, like they were there to help me find my footing rather than to trap me.
On the onsite, I had two technical interviews that leaned on an AI-assisted coding setup for one part and an ML system design discussion for the other. Between those, I also sat through a behavioural/leadership conversation with the hiring manager. The technical rounds felt not particularly intense overall, but the vibe with the hiring manager was off—I remember them coming across as rude and disinterested, which made the leadership round feel tense even though the rest of the process was friendly.

Average Positive Warsaw, Masovia
My process felt quick and pretty pleasant overall. There was some early friction on the HR side, but once I got into the interview flow, the conversations with the team were calm and competent. I didn’t spend weeks getting bounced around, and the interviewers I spoke with came across as relaxed and easy to talk to.
The core of it was an OA followed by only a few conversations. The OA didn’t dominate the experience—I mainly remember that the later talks were enjoyable, with interviewers who seemed comfortable discussing the work and background without making everything feel overly adversarial. One person stood out in a way that actually stuck with me: their impression was unforgettable to me and to the people I was in contact with.
