After I applied, the process moved in three stages. First I had an introductory round where we covered my background and experience, mainly as a calibration of where I was coming from. That was followed by an assignment meant to test my technical skills and the way I approached a practical problem.
Once I finished the assignment, the last step was a detailed discussion focused on what I submitted. We went through the assignment in depth, and then the conversation shifted to role expectations and general fit—how the work aligned with what I’d done and how they saw the role playing out day to day. Overall it felt pretty structured: clear sequencing from recruiter-style intro to hands-on work, then a deeper review of it.

Easy Positive Bengaluru
My process started with a test task that was surprisingly specific and timed tightly. I had 24 hours to work on a roughly 15-minute audio book episode, and the task leaned heavily into sound production. It involved sound designing plus mixing and mastering.
What made it feel manageable was the way the scope was framed—direct deliverables tied to audio craft rather than an open-ended engineering problem—and it wasn’t time consuming to complete. I submitted within the window and didn’t feel like I needed to stretch the schedule just to get something done. It felt like an easy gate in the process compared to the later, more intensive rounds I’d heard about.
