My process felt polished and fast. It started with a recruiter call where we discussed the job description in more detail, including a salary range. From there, I moved into interviews that were specifically layered—first with my manager’s supervisor.

After that, I went through a cognitive and personality test, then I finished with interviews with my immediate team members. Once those conversations were done, an offer followed. Overall, it was a very smooth sequence, and I remember feeling like each step built on the last rather than feeling jumpy or disconnected.

I went through a recruiter screen first, then an interview with the hiring manager. Next came a three-person panel with team members, and the final step was a conversation with the CPO. The whole journey had a clear structure, and I liked that the company’s process kept moving forward.

Because Pluralsight is owned by Vista Equity, I had to take a CCAT cognitive test plus a personality test. I honestly enjoyed the interviews themselves—the people were engaged and the process felt thoughtful—but the testing part was the least fun part of the experience for me. Even with that frustration, I still felt the overall process was worth going through and left me with a positive impression of the company.
