My process for the project manager role ended up being almost a full day. I started with a presentation, then moved into a panel interview. After that, I went through multiple back-to-back conversations with key stakeholders, keeping the day moving rather than slowing down for breaks.
Lunch was with a peer to the role, which helped the whole thing feel less like a test and more like an actual working environment. After lunch I got a tour of the facility, and then the day continued with two additional one-on-one interviews. Even though it was extensive, I didn’t feel high pressure, and the people I met were genuinely friendly.

Average Neutral Mexico
I was first contacted by HR in the U.S., and then I went through an initial interview. After that, I met with the product manager team, and the interview was conducted in English.
What stood out most was the waiting period. The process took some time, and I had a long delay before I heard any feedback. Even though I made it through the steps, the gap in communication made the whole thing feel drawn out by the time it ended. I didn’t end up getting the role.
