The interviews still landed in the normal territory—aimed at understanding fit and how I’d work with the team—but the overall vibe was clearly engaged.

The recruiter part went well—my first conversation was about vetting and alignment with the role, and it was a straightforward 30 minutes. Then I had a single hiring manager interview that, unfortunately, didn’t match the same level of professionalism.
