My experience with the technical part was pretty standard and didn’t really surprise me. The LeetCode-style problems were used as a weed-out, and the overall difficulty felt average rather than brutal. What I noticed was the way the technical interviewers leaned into talking about their own personal accomplishments while we worked through the process.
Management seemed fairly okay in the conversations I had, but I didn’t leave excited. There was no offer, and honestly I would’ve declined if it had come through—mostly because the vibe of the technical interviews didn’t land with me the way I expected.

After the recruiter reached out, the scheduling dragged on for more than 20 days before I even got a chance to speak with the hiring manager. The process started with a request to schedule a recruiter screening, and once it was booked, the recruiter missed the screening—then it got rescheduled for the following week. When the call finally happened, the recruiter joined about 8 minutes late and immediately shifted to wanting me to meet with the hiring manager, but there was no communication for three business days afterward.
I had to follow up to get the meeting actually scheduled, and by the time it finally lined up, I had already received an offer from another company, so I cancelled. Even if I hadn’t gotten that other offer, I would’ve declined to move forward because the experience felt unprofessional and hard to manage—missed timing, little responsiveness, and a lack of clear updates. My overall impression was that the recruiting team might have been understaffed, but regardless of the reason, the process slowed down my decision-making.
