A few days later—about three days after that—I had a 30-minute call to discuss what I submitted and walk through the solution. The process felt straightforward and contained, with the main emphasis on implementing the problem and then explaining my approach.

I applied online and, after about a week, I received a test link. I cleared the test and then got a technical interview invite roughly another week later. The technical round lasted around 1.5 hours and mixed coding with Linux and SQL; I answered most of what was asked.
About a day after that, I got invited to a managerial round, but the HR call on the day of scheduling surprised me: it was used to collect basic details, including compensation expectations. Since compensation was already aligned with what I was making, I expected to proceed. Instead, after HR said they would check internally, they canceled the managerial round and later the process effectively went silent. I tried following up multiple times with calls and emails and never got a clear response—no confirmation and no feedback.
