After I applied, the first step was an online assessment focused on Data Processing—mostly questions on DP. A little later I had an online interview where I talked through my projects in detail. The interviewer kept drilling into how I approached problems and what decisions I made while building them, and they also checked my Java fundamentals, especially OOP concepts.
That second round felt fairly standard for an engineering role. I spent time explaining my reasoning, not just giving answers, and I had to think critically between the exercises and the case-style questions. Overall the process stretched on longer than I expected, largely because there were quite a few candidates moving through the same stages at the same time. I left feeling like my ability to narrate my approach mattered as much as the technical content.

The whole thing was written and quick, and there wasn’t much follow-up afterward once I finished the questions. The vibe felt straightforward and low-stress compared to a typical live technical screen.
