Average Negative Hyderābād

My first impression was that the structure would be clean and fair. I went through multiple rounds and felt like I was communicating clearly about my projects and the way I thought about design and trade-offs. After completing the rounds, HR told me the next day that I’d cleared everything and that they’d follow up about payroll and next steps.

But after that, I didn’t hear back for a while, even after I chased them. Eventually, the communication that came back felt tied to compensation matching rather than the technical evaluation itself. In my view, that mismatch could have been addressed upfront, because getting told I passed and then having the decision reverse late was unprofessional and made the process feel avoidable.

Easy Negative New Delhi

My first interview round was a shorter technical discussion focused on front-end technologies—Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also had a coding question where I took a list input and had to output duplicates and key/value relationships. After that, the next round went a bit broader into server-side thinking, comparing Java and JavaScript for backend usage, and then asked a logic question around a knockout tournament to determine how many matches were needed to find a second-best competitor.

During the logic portion, I tried to clarify assumptions like whether there was initial seeding, and the interviewer suggested there wasn’t. I reasoned through it based on a standard knockout setup, and then the conversation became noticeably uncomfortable: I was told my reasoning was “headstrong” and my solution framing was called “stupid,” and I felt the interviewer was pushing pre-made explanations instead of truly engaging.
