My interview process felt structured but pretty challenging. It ran through three rounds: an initial online assessment covering aptitude, basic programming, and data structures, then a technical interview where I solved coding problems and had to explain my approach. That same round also included questions on OOP, databases, and operating systems.
The final step was managerial, focused less on finding a single correct answer and more on how I worked through real situations. I talked about projects, how I handled problem-solving style, and how I managed deadlines and conflicts. Overall it felt demanding in a way that tested both thinking and communication.

My process started with early screening and then moved into multiple rounds, but the experience felt oddly disjointed from the beginning. I had an HR interaction first where they covered basic background details like experience and expectations, and then I ended up in a technical setup that went deeper on my skills. I remember the interviewer being unwelcoming and almost acting like they were searching for answers while I was trying to respond, and that made the whole technical conversation feel off.
There was also a version of the journey where I went through technical rounds and was ultimately rejected by the client, despite feeling like the discussions went reasonably well. In another stretch, I went from an L1 technical round into an assignment that took time and then later returned for an L2 technical round; after that, the feedback was basically non-existent and I was left waiting without clear next steps. A particularly frustrating moment happened when I cleared an initial round aligned to my profile, only to have the role change mid-process—my meeting ended immediately once the interviewer said my background didn’t fit, and I couldn’t understand why I was pulled in at all.
