After I applied online, I first had an HR screening call where they walked me through the role and talked about my background. Roughly in the same early stage, I then met the hiring manager for the first real round, which felt structured and pretty specific about what I could contribute. The questions centered on how I fit the team and what I’d bring to the work.
A week or so later, I moved into a second round with the team. This part felt more collaborative and grounded in day-to-day expectations, and overall the process felt smooth and well run. After the team conversation, HR followed up with the next steps and eventually sent me an offer.
