I applied through their careers site and got a recruiter outreach within about a week. The first phone screen was mostly a background conversation and why I was interested in the role, and it felt pretty organized from the start. After that, I moved into a more technical round with a senior developer, where the discussion covered technical agentic AI patterns and there was also some hands-on evaluation in the mix.
What stuck with me was how smoothly the process ran compared to what I’d seen elsewhere—communication was prompt and the interviewer gave continuous feedback while I worked through the material. In later steps, I also ended up meeting people from the team and the hiring side, and I remember the tone staying professional and approachable, with clear interest in my background.

Average Negative Guadalajara, Jalisco
I started with what looked like a straightforward two-round process: a technical conversation followed by a managerial round. The technical part felt pretty basic on the topics themselves—things like Hibernate, Spring Boot, MySQL, and core Java. The managerial conversation was more high-level and focused on project discussion, and it went well.
Then everything stalled. Scheduling was slow—HR took a couple of weeks just to get the technical round booked—and after the process ended, I was left completely hanging. I didn’t get feedback, I didn’t hear back after emailing, and attempts to reach out didn’t get answers. Over time it turned into a full ghosting situation where even follow-up emails went unanswered, leaving me with a sour feeling about the professionalism of their hiring communication.
