I went through Pegasystems via campus placement and it started with an online assessment plus an OA-style round that felt on the easier side—DSA, aptitude, and some professional writing. After that, the flow turned into in-person interviews at their office with a pretty clear structure: two technical rounds, then a managerial round, and finally HR. I remember the HR part felt supportive and even paced well, but the overall process still felt strict; it was possible to not move forward even after HR.
Across the technical rounds, they kept tying questions back to my resume and asked me to walk through what I’d listed. I got a mix of basic DSA-style OOPs-type problem solving and also content that leaned into cloud and AI. In one of the technical conversations, the interviewer also asked a more general system design question, alongside some OOPs/OOPS-adjacent scenarios.

In the technical rounds, I went into detail on my projects and they also asked coding-style problems along with CS fundamentals. The vibe wasn’t extremely hard, but it also wasn’t effortless—there were moments where I had to slow down and clearly explain my reasoning. OOPs concepts came up repeatedly, and I remember DBMS/SQL topics being part of the conversation too.
