Average Positive Hyderābād

After an initial recruiter call, I got pulled into a fairly standard sequence. It started with a technical assessment, then I had another technical screen where the questions were mostly DSA and Java-style topics, and I stayed focused on explaining my approach and reasoning rather than just producing an answer. The process felt structured and “comfortable” in the sense that the interviewer walked through the problem with me and expected clear thinking.

What stood out was that I wasn’t made to do a separate coding-style interview where the only job was to type code end-to-end. The conversations still got technical—data structures and problem-solving—but the emphasis stayed on how I drove the discussion and justified tradeoffs. I also remember that complexity discussions and walkthroughs of my approach were part of the evaluation, and the language used for the coding questions was Python.

Difficult Neutral Poland

I went into the process expecting technical work, but the interview quickly went into very specific “Pega-style” case thinking. I was given a messy business scenario—something like a bank needing to process a huge volume of credit applications per day with branching logic—and the main expectation was how I would map the flow. The focus wasn’t just on the output; it was on laying out stages and steps first, before even thinking about any UI.

The interviewer also pushed for debugging maturity. I had to talk through time-based “war stories,” and the prompt about a tracer saving my life was designed to get at how I debugged and navigated production-style issues. It felt like they were testing whether I naturally think in their platform’s building blocks and whether I can reason through complicated systems when things go wrong.
