What is an Account Executive at Pave?
An Account Executive at Pave plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of the world's leading real-time compensation platform. Compensation is the single largest expense for most enterprises, yet many companies still manage it using fragmented, outdated spreadsheets. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for partnering with People Operations leaders, CFOs, and executives to modernize how they plan, communicate, and benchmark compensation and equity.
By selling Pave’s suite of products—including real-time benchmarking, compensation planning portals, and visual total rewards portals—you help organizations eliminate pay disparities, attract top-tier talent, and make data-driven equity decisions. Your work directly impacts how companies structure their most valuable asset: their people. This is a highly consultative, strategic sales role that requires navigating complex organizational structures and building deep trust with executive stakeholders.
The role is both intellectually stimulating and highly rewarding. You will sell into a sophisticated buyer persona (HR and Finance leaders) who care deeply about precision, compliance, and employee experience. To succeed, you must develop a deep understanding of corporate equity, market compensation dynamics, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales methodologies.
