My interview process moved fast and felt practical. I remember thinking the questions related closely to toy versions of things they actually work on, not vague puzzles detached from product.

It started with a recruiter call, then I did a TPS onsite with four rounds. The rounds included two frontend-focused interviews, one systems round, and a behavioral discussion. In total, it didn’t drag out and it felt like a focused day.

My interview journey stretched out over about four weeks, and almost all of it felt long and time-synced in a way that became frustrating. It began with a recruiter call and then a tech screen, followed by an architecture interview. I had to create a diagram while screen-sharing, which took real focus to do clearly in the moment.

After that, I met with a hiring manager and then connected with someone from the team. I also did a values interview twice, and the second values interviewer didn’t even seem aware I’d already completed it. Toward the end, I received a generic email saying they were moving forward with someone else, with no real feedback, while the job posting was still visible.
