The process felt prompt and friendly from start to finish. I was able to get my questions answered and I felt informed about the details of the position. Even between interviews, I didn’t feel totally in the dark about what was coming next.

That level of communication made the experience smoother than some other processes I’d been through, because I always had a sense of the next step and what they were looking for.

I got pulled into the process after being emailed about scheduling an interview following submission of my resume through a current employee. I’d been told they were looking to hire entry-level engineers for a contract they’d recently won, so it felt like there was actual momentum behind the role.

The timeline moved quickly: after the interview, I was contacted within a few days to be notified of my job offer. Before that final push, I had to come in to fill out paperwork and start work the same week. When I asked to postpone by one day because of my college graduation, they were understanding, which made the process feel human rather than rigid.
