I went through a group case exercise, then a separate individual case study using data. After that there was an interview, and the day ended with a presentation. I remember having a week to prepare for the presentation, which helped because it wasn’t just a sudden “show me” moment—it gave my preparation time structure. The whole format was clearly meant to see both how I handled ambiguity and how I performed when I was presenting.
