My process began with three interviews, but the hiring team paused the position while I was in progress, essentially freezing the role I’d been interviewing for. Because of that, they later ran a new process, and I ultimately declined the opportunity.

Even with the disruption, the selection process itself felt fairly simple, and it gave me the impression that they were organized and able to adjust when circumstances changed.
