After applying, I went through a fairly structured sequence that started with application screening and then moved into an aptitude/technical assessment. From there, the interview rounds turned into a mix of design and domain-specific questions, followed by an HR conversation focused on how I communicated and my overall attitude. Depending on the needs of the hiring team, I expected a manager round, and the process ended with an offer discussion when applicable.
Overall, it felt “moderate-easy” rather than brutal, and the timeline was quick in total—about two to three weeks for the whole thing. Even with multiple steps, it stayed efficient, and the feedback and responsiveness from the teams stood out to me. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process felt organized and deliberate rather than chaotic.

Easy Neutral Singapore
I only had two interviews, and the overall experience felt easy compared to longer, multi-round processes. The surprising part wasn’t the questioning—it was the result: the offer came in at a level that felt like a lowball.
What made it sting was how drawn out the response time was. It took many weeks for them to get back with terms, and the package didn’t come across as competitive. The situation also seemed to point to higher turnover and a stressed environment.
