Overall it didn’t feel stressful or overly formal, which genuinely surprised me.
What did stand out was how the logistics felt slow behind the scenes: it took a while to get access to the systems, but once I was “in,” everything moved along quickly. The interview itself still stayed light and conversational, and the whole experience felt more like a mutual fit check than a high-pressure grilling.
