My final stage looked like a three-part panel laid out back-to-back: a behavioral interview, a SQL portion, and a case study. They scheduled it around availability, so it wasn’t necessarily at the exact same moment for everyone, but the structure was clear once it was set.

The behavioral and case components felt more standard, but the SQL part stood out to me because it was quite easy. The overall difficulty level felt manageable compared to what I’d expected.

I applied through LinkedIn and then got contacted by a recruiter shortly after. My process started with a recruiter call, followed by a call with the hiring manager, and then moved into a panel-style final interview. That panel included standard behavioral questions, a SQL code-pairing session, and a live operations case study, all of it designed to test how I thought and how I handled realistic operational scenarios.

Everyone I spoke with came across as transparent and genuinely kind. The recruiter was especially present throughout the steps, answering my questions as they came up. The whole journey felt pretty well run and even though the content was substantive—behavior, SQL, and a case—it never felt adversarial.
