My experience with the process felt off from the start, and it never really recovered. In one phone screen, the interviewer made up their mind extremely fast and didn’t really respond to what I was saying, basically deciding I wouldn’t be a fit within minutes. It felt unprofessional and like they weren’t actually listening.

In another attempt, the atmosphere felt hostile and chaotic, with a sense of high turnover and understaffing hanging over the conversation. It came across as a place that was desperate for people rather than organized about hiring. I left wishing I had never gone through it.
