Average Negative Bukarest,

My experience started with the feeling that time and professionalism weren’t handled well. One interview ended up being extremely long, with live coding plus a prolonged discussion afterward, and it ran late into the evening—people were still working around the same time I was in the interview. I passed the technical parts, but the overall vibe never settled into something comfortable.

Another time, the process felt equally shaky because communication didn’t lead anywhere. I was promised a quick response after certain steps, but then I basically got ghosted. That pattern of delayed or missing feedback made it hard to trust that the process was taken seriously.

Difficult Neutral Paris

The process started the standard way: I submitted my application online, then someone reached out to talk about my background. That first exchange was very much about my journey—my skills, why I wanted to join, and how I’d describe my fit for the company. After that, I moved into interviews with people from the team I’d be joining, where the conversation turned more technical and role-specific.

Across those rounds, the pattern was pretty consistent: they wanted to understand my knowledge in the areas tied to the role, my academic or prior experiences, and whether I could adapt—especially because the domain they cared about leaned toward telecommunications. The rounds also ended up being fairly structured, and I remember leaving each step with a clearer idea of what they were checking.
